The company was founded in 2002 at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), after receiving funding from FINEP Verde Amarelo (Projects and Studies Financing Institution) Fund for university-company collaboration, when a period of knowledge appreciation and intellectual property was beginning. It is grounded on scientific basis and it has patents, publications, and partnerships with global references.
Ecovec has solutions that connect people and information in order to create a world without epidemics, regardless of cultural and epidemiological scenarios, and project scale.
